REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

ALL suppliers responding to quotations listed should submit their quotation TOGETHER with
the complete database registration form and relevant supporting documentation, irrespective of whether or not they are registered on the JW database. Failure to adhere to this instruction will lead to the disqualification of quotation(s) response received.
NOTE : Quotations will be evaluated on the 80/20 point scoring system. 80 points will be allocated to the price and the remaining 20 will be allocated for the BBBEE and preferential procurement.
