The Johannesburg’s Water logos are the property of the Johannesburg Water and are protected under intellectual property law.
The logo’s have been designed and designated to identify Johannesburg Water and official city business, including but not limited to facilities, events and publications whether electronic or otherwise.
It is unlawful for any person, for any purpose whatsoever, to use, make, copy, reproduce or display these logos or their design or any design so closely resembling them as to be likely to deceive or to be reasonably mistaken for them, without the express written consent of the Managing Director.
Any unauthorised use of these logos is illegal and Johannesburg Water will take any legal action necessary to enforce its intellectual property rights including the institution of criminal prosecution.
